How long can i rent for?

What happens if I damage equipment?

If the rented equipment is damaged, lost, or excessively dirty upon return, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

What is the security deposit amount associated with rentals?

A $100 security deposit is required in addition to 20% of rental amount for rentals over $500.

How do I return the rental equipment?

Returning the equipment is simple. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and drop them off at the designated drop off location. Ensure returns are made by the end of your rental period to avoid late fees.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental period if the equipment is available. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.

What if I need to cancel my rental?

If you need to cancel your rental, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shipment date may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
